Welcome ! My name is Julie, and I am the owner of Côté Soleil. I studied interior design for luxury hotel. After working in renovation and decoration of luxurious hotels in Paris, I decided to move back to Saint Martin, the island where I spent my childhood. After 20 years spent in construction and renovation of luxurious villas in Saint Martin, I decided to open my own concierge agency. I wanted to offer tourists visiting my island an unforgetable experience, and excellent property managment services to my property owners. As the agency grew, Fred join the team so that we canoffer excellent services to our clients.

We make sure that the property is left in a perfect state. We look after the cleaning and linen. We love our island, so we take great pride in offering personalised advice about activities to do and places to see.
