Welcome ! My name is Julie, and I am the owner of Côté Soleil. I studied interior design for luxury hotel. After working in renovation and decoration of luxurious hotels in Paris, I decided to move back to Saint Martin, the island where I spent my childhood. After 20 years spent in construction and renovation of luxurious villas in Saint Martin, I decided to open my own concierge agency. I wanted to offer tourists visiting my island an unforgetable experience, and excellent property managment services to my property owners. As the agency grew, Fred join the team so that we canoffer excellent services to our clients.

Very nice villa in a beautiful and calm location. The place is clean and has what you’d expect from a hotel, and some more with a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. There is a private dock you can swim or kayak from and easily get to Pinel island. Julie was extremely resourceful and advised us well. We would definitely stay there again.

We utilized (and loved) so many recommendations, from Banana Location for our rental car (so friendly and convenient) to eating at wonderful restaurants (Le Cottage was unforgettable). The villa was exactly as depicted and the views were even more incredible than in the photos. Highly recommend!

Julie’s place is absolute heaven on Earth. The location is breathtaking and the home itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Julie and Fred were amazing hosts. They communicated quickly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The site is very private and a quick kayak or paddle board ride to amazing locations that we would not have discovered otherwise. We had the best vacation of our lives here and can’t wait to come back!
We loved our stay at Villa Jade! It was amazing, beautiful, peaceful and just perfect to celebrate our anniversary! The location was great, 10 min to Orient beach or Grand Case both with wonderful food/bar options and we loved taking the kayaks to Pinel Island, it was our favorite part of the trip! Do not hesitate… book it! Thank you Julie for a perfect stay, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect peaceful scenic quiet hidden gem! Way better than listed! As a long-time Airbnb host myself, I immediately noticed ALL the many tiny touches that separate the excellent from the average Airbnb. 6 out of 5 stars! Can't wait to stay again next year! Paddling supplied kayaks to Pinel Island to Karibuni restaurant every day was stellar!
